Minimum Order Value for Shipments to the United States

To ensure smooth and compliant import processing, all orders shipped to the United States require a minimum order value of USD 100. This policy helps reduce the risk of inconsistent customs handling, ensures clearer documentation for import processing, and supports more efficient logistics for our customers.

Orders below this threshold may face disproportionately high customs duties, administrative fees, or handling delays. Implementing a minimum order value allows us to provide a more stable, predictable shipping experience for U.S. customers.

Shipments to the United States

Due to the current customs regulations and processing times in the United States, parcels sent from abroad may experience extended delays. These procedures are managed solely by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are outside of our control.

We will continue to monitor all dispatched orders with our logistics partners. However, delays caused by U.S. customs cannot be considered grounds for order cancellation, refunds, or compensation, as they form part of the official import process.

For in-stock items, orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise but shipping charges are non-refundable.
