Prices & Delivery Charges

For in-stock items, orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders above US$300: FREE Express shipping worldwide

All of the prices listed on the Website and delivery charges are calculated before taxes. They DO NOT include the currently applicable statutory value added tax of your country (if applicable)

Depending on your destination and delivery service selected, you will see an estimate only after you begin the checkout process.

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise weight of your order before any deductions.

If items are preordered / backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.

VAT, Customs & Import Duties

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. We make every attempt to minimize the potential impact of delays. However, please kindly note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures that may cause delays in delivery estimates.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise but shipping charges are non-refundable.
