We start with a consultation to understand your team’s needs, sizing strategy, timeline, and season goals.

2. Design Proposal

Timeline: 12–14 days

You’ll receive visuals with your club colours and logos, with 1–2 refinements included.

3. Confirm Order & Start Sampling

Timeline: 12–21 days

Once we receive a 50% deposit for the bulk order and full sample payment, we begin your sample based on confirmed design.

Note: We do not create samples without a confirmed order.

4. Approve Your Sample

Timeline: 3-7 days

We wait for your final approval of the sample before proceeding.

Small adjustments are allowed, but changes to  designs, logos or colours may restart a new sampling process and extend the timeline.

5. Bulk Production Begins

Timeline: 45-60 days

Once approved, we begin full production. This includes cutting, sewing, embroidery or print, finishing, and quality checks.

6. Delivered to Your Door

Timeline: 14-21 days

Varies by selected delivery service. Delivery with tracking. International clubs should allow time for customs clearance. We stay in touch throughout the process.

Need Reorders Later?

Top-up orders without design changes are usually completed in 6–10 weeks, with smaller minimums available.

Total Lead Time: ~14–18 Weeks

We recommend starting at least 4–5 months before your first performance or travel date to avoid stress.
